LIVE YOGA CLASS with STEPHANIE

Join us on Sunday for a live class led by Stephanie Marleau.  Each week she will guide you through physical yoga postures, breathwork, and a meditation in this all levels experience.   This is the perfect opportunity to come together as a collective and practice while still being in the comfort of your home.  

Simply click on the link a few min's before the class starts. Please mute your mic and its your choice to have your camera on or off. If you are joining from your phone you will need to download the google meet app. 

Stephanie will always give a period at the end of class for questions.
